I just can't be around people that talk about their medical issues, their bad relationships, bad work environment and such. Not to be disrespectful, but the hell with that shit. I understand these people have to vent, but instead of dowsing your fellow listener with all your crap, get a hold of yourself and realize that other people have their own concerns. In other words, please fuck off.
Yea, I guess we all need someone to talk to. But you know that's why there such a thing called "God". Hey, lay it on the line! Go and talk to the "Big Boss" in the sky. Tell him all the crap you're dealing with. He's a good listener, but don't be surprised if he responds and tells you, "WTF! You and the whole planet I got on the heaven hotline. Wait your turn, you fucking whining little bitch!"
Okay, so I'm getting out of hand a bit, but you see there is a point to this "blurb". Instead of ranting about you, your work, your fucking lame boyfriend or girlfriend or both, get with the program. Nothing you say, will change things. Nothing you do will change other people. You can only change your own fucking reality.
If you don't like your career, change it or learn to work with it. You are sick and tired of your relationship? Well, end the fucking thing or learn to change the rules a bit for you and your partner's sake. You see there is a fine line between insanity and actually living life. And if you got drama on a daily basis then you need to change things for the better. You are out of control. And your drama is fed by other people that are into drama.
When you learn to be still, you expand your mind a bit. When you learn to meditate, you change your brain pattern. You stop the "monkey brain". You reduce anxiety, you focus more, you become more compassionate and become more creative. And of course and there is also a plethora of health benefits in reference to your body, but the main thing is that you stop your complaining about trivial stupid shit.
The less you are concern with trivial matters, the more healthy you get. The more you meditate, the less concern you have over things you use to get rattled over.
Meditation can take about 20-45 minutes a day. There are different types of meditation. My favorite is Mindfullness Meditation. You can go ahead and google it. The point to meditation is to learn to be still and just let the body and mind rest while being awake. The more you do it, the more your life will change. So, stop your whining and expand your mind because you got potential ... and no one likes a whining little bitch.
Till next time,
